Instructions to make to make Fried Chicken
- Clean and wash the chicken pieces in water and keep it aside.
- In a large mixing bowl marinate the chicken pieces with all above ingredients except besan/rice flour and oil.
- Refrigerate the chicken pieces for a minimum of 1 hour or maximum overnight.
- Before frying, add the rice flour/ besan to the marinated chicken pieces. Mix it well.
- Heat some oil in a deep frying pan or a non-stick pan. Fry the chicken pieces in a low flame.
- Use a ladle and turn the chicken pieces so that all the sides get evenly fried.
- Fry till golden brown or reddish in colour
Take off the chicken pieces and keep it in a kitchen paper. - Sprinkle some lemon juice and chat masala on top and garnish it with some sliced onion pieces, lemon piece.
- Serve hot with some green chutney or tomato sauce.
