  1. Soak Urad Dal overnight in water. Next morning, take out the Dal. Put it in blender. Add chilli and ginger slice. Make paste.
  2. Take out the paste in a bowl. Add rice flour. Add salt and sugar to taste. Whisk everthing.
  3. Pour oil in pan. Take a lump of Dal paste in Palm. Make bada. Put a hole in between.
  4. Put it in oil for frying. Fry them golden. Take out from the oil after frying.
  5. Now for the coconut chutney, put the coconut slices in a blender. Add salt and Gur to taste. Add 2 tsp Curd. Make paste.
  6. Take it out in a bowl.
  7. Take mustard oil in a bowl/ladle. Temper the oil with 1 tsp mustard seed and dry red Chilli. As seeds splatter, pour it over the chutney. Coconut Chutney is ready.
