  4. Mutoon 75% cook hone tak chalate rahein. Dusri side dusre burtan me thoda ghee dale usme jira dal kar bhagaar tyar karein pani dale 4-5,glass ubal ane par rice dal de
  5. Rice ko 75% pakne de or pani nithar le chalni me. Fr bartun me ek layer rice ki ek layer mutoon Ki lagate rahein
  6. Puri layer lag jane ke bd upar se thoda ghee dale, or thoda podina, hara dhaniya or tali pyaj. thoda food colour dale
  7. Ise dum par rakh de. 10-15 dum par rhne de....
