An instant vermicelli dosa to try for breakfast.
Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Vermicelli dosa with sambhar chutney:
- 1/2 cup Rosted vermicelli
- 1 cup semolina/suji/rava
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/4 cup curd/yogurt
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp grated carrot
- 8-10 curry leaves
- to taste Salt
- As needed Oil
- For sambhar-:
- 1/2 cup toor daal
- 1 bowl mix veg (tomato,carrot,onion,drumstick,carrot,potato)
- 1/2 cup tamarind pani
- 2 1/2 tbsp sambhar masala
- 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp rai dana
- 1/8 tsp asafoetida
- 10-15 curry leaves
- 1 dry red chilli
- to taste Salt
- as needed Oil
- For coconut chutney-:
- 1 bowl chopped fresh coconut
- 1/2 tbsp chana daal
- 1/4 tbsp tamarind pulp
- 2-4 onion slices
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 1 green chilli
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 red dry chilli
- 1/2 tsp rai dana
- to taste Salt
Instructions to make to make Vermicelli dosa with sambhar chutney
- Collect all ingredients for vermicelli dosa.


- Take a mixing bowl and add all the above listed ingredients along with 3 cup of water. Mix thoroughly and bring it to batter consistency. Let the batter rest for 15min.


- Now heat a non-stick tawa, pour a laddle full of batter on the hot tawa,& spread he batter evenly.sprinkles few drops of oil to the corner of the dosa. Turn the flame to medium-low and cook for 5min or till the dosa golden brown at the edges.flip the dosa and cook for 2min. Turn of the flame and transfer to the serving plate.


- Collect all ingredients for make a sambhar. Take a pressure cooker add daal and all veggiies. 2 tbsp sambhar masala,hing and salt as taste. Cover the lid in low flame and wait 2 to 3 whistle. Now turn off flame..ur sambhar is ready.


- Now tadka process, take a fry pan add 2 tbsp oil,when oil is heat then add 1tsp rai, hing,dry red chilli, curry patta,. Stire it..and turn off the flame, Now add 1tbsp sambhar masala and 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder. Put on the sambhar in the cooker..


- Now sambhar is ready.

- Coconut chutney is very sweet and salty. Take all ingredients in mixng jar, make a smooth chutney.. Now add tadka above the coconut chutney.


- Coconut chutney is ready.

- Serve hot hot vermicelli dosa and sambhar with cold sweet and salty chutney.
